Natalie Rolt is dedicated to providing high-quality Australian-made evening wear and offers a streamlined return process for store credit or exchange on eligible full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security ribbons still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal within 7 days of receiving your order to submit your request for a store credit or size exchange.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your return is approved, you will receive an email containing your Return Authorization (RA) number and the dedicated shipping address for our studio.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your garment with the original invoice and RA number, then ship the parcel back to us using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Upon arrival, our quality control team will inspect the garment; once cleared, your store credit will be issued via email within 3-5 business days.
